"Joe's Gang"

The One Way Farm of Fairfield, Inc., has embarked on a capital fundraising campaign to secure $2MM in funds to build the Joe Nuxhall Recreation Center (JNRC) on the site of the One Way Farm of Fairfield, Inc. Children's Home in Fairfield, Ohio, located in Butler County. The JNRC will be home to both a Recreation Center and an Alternative School Program.

Joe Nuxhall Children's Center A Dream to Become a Reality
The Joe Nuxhall Children's Center is a dream that Joe Nuxhall has had for many years. A place for children of all ages, race, color, creed, national origin and physically and mentally challenged. His desire is for children to be educated and to enjoy the challenges of sport and most importantly to build their self-esteem and character.

The Joe Nuxhall Children's Center will be provided for groups such as Special Olympics and other non-profit groups that their mission statement is for the betterment of children. Whether it be for art, physical activity, or parenting classes, The Joe Nuxhall Children's Center is designed to develop the self-esteem of a child. This facility will be available for instructional classes, developing parents and individuals who can enlighten the life of a child.

The Alternative School Program
The Alternative School Program (ASP) is currently located in the One Way Farm of Fairfield, Inc. multipurpose building. It is an intense educational program specifically designed with special needs children in mind: children who have no base for education because of a life crisis or other forms of abuse and often cannot successfully obtain education through the larger public system.
